Payments for Urbanmotor Embroidery services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on urbanmotor.autos.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from enquiries@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Malta norms.
• Urbanmotor Embroidery wrote the payment notes for this site separately from other service tracks — confirm fit via enquiries@this site.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.
